Join California Certified Naturalist Dave Barry for an educational exploration of the flora and fauna at the Estero Americano Coast Preserve. Dave will share insights gained from a lifetime of exploring local ecosystems, identifying everything from wildflowers to birds of prey.

This moderately challenging hike covers approximately 4 miles with 400 feet of elevation gain. The route crosses varied terrain, offering sweeping vistas from the Ridge Trail and leading down to the remote Estero beach.
