Discover the exceptional flavors of the Russian River Valley as The Inn at the Tides hosts Hook & Ladder Winery. Special guest and winemaker Jason De Loach will guide guests through a beautifully crafted four-course menu, pairing seasonal culinary creations with the winery’s signature estate-grown selections.

The evening’s menu includes Seared Ahi Tuna paired with the 2023 “Olivet Ranch” Sauvignon Blanc, Pan Roasted Sea Bass with the 2022 “Spider Web Ranch” Chardonnay, and an elegant Rack of Lamb with a mint reduction, paired alongside the 2022 “Severson Ranch” Pinot Noir. To conclude the dinner, an Italian Olive Oil Cake will be served with the 2024 Fortified Zinfandel from “Marcucci Farms” (Russian River Valley).
