Celebrate the exceptional art of sustainable and biodynamic winemaking as The Inn at the Tides welcomes Benziger Family Winery. Special guest and winemaker Lisa Amaroli will guide guests through an expertly crafted four-course menu (featuring perfectly matched estate selections from Sonoma County’s premier vineyards).

The evening’s culinary menu begins with Coquille St. Jacques (scallops and golden chanterelle mushrooms) paired with the 2023 “West Rows” Sangiacomo Vineyard Chardonnay. The second course features Seared Duck Breast with a blueberry gastrique and wild rice cake, served alongside the 2022 “Sunny Slope” Sonoma Valley Merlot. The main course presents a Loin of New Zealand Lamb with a garlic Grenobloise, paired with the 2021 “Oonopais” Sonoma Valley Red Wine. The dinner concludes on a sweet note with a Chocolate Panna Cotta and Brookies brownie, perfectly complemented by the 2025 “Frank Johnson” Dry Creek Valley Rosé.
