Theme: “Where Joy Takes Root”

Since 1973, the Gravenstein Apple Fair has brought together farmers, families, musicians, artists, and food lovers to celebrate Sonoma County’s agricultural roots. The 53rd annual fair features two days of live music, apple-themed contests, an Artisan Tasting Grove, VIP Lounge, kids’ activities, farm exhibits, and local food, cider, beer, and wine. The fair is 95% Zero Waste, and proceeds benefit the nonprofit Sonoma County Farm Trails.

Saturday lineup highlights: Laidd Back Zach and the WAV, SoloRio, John Courage’s California Country, Audio Angel & Her Good Intentions, Mission Delirium, LA GENTE SF, plus goat milking, pie filling and canning demos, piglet races, sack races, and the Great Gravenstein Bake Off.

Sunday lineup highlights: The Love Choir, False Bottom Band, Marty O’Reilly, Miko Marks, Sang Matiz, Royal Jelly Jive, plus natural dyes and home cidermaking demos, a Women in Agriculture panel with Clark Wolf, and the Ugly Produce Beauty Pageant.
